Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Zilendi loafers—but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple.
Return Policy
You may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are:
• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging, including dust bags and shoe inserts
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Email returns@zilendi.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. We will reply with detailed instructions, including the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send the exchange.
Important Notes
• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• We do not accept returns on custom or worn items.
