Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Any items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within the same 14-day window, subject to availability.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@zilendi.com with your order number and request.

How to Return

  1. Email support@zilendi.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or custom orders.
