Products must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Any items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.
Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within the same 14-day window, subject to availability.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipping costs & delivery times
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location:
• Europe: 3–5 business days – €10 / Free on orders over €150
• USA & Canada: 5–7 business days – €15 / Free on orders over €200
• Asia & Australia: 7–10 business days – €20
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days – €25
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
General shipping policy
All orders are shipped via trusted international couriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier delays. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.
Brexit information
UK customers may be subject to additional customs duties and VAT upon delivery, depending on the total order value. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking local import regulations before ordering.
Taxes & duties
All orders are shipped from the EU. Customers outside the EU may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Canceling / Modifying your order
Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our customer service team. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes, as orders may have already been processed.
